Tomohiko Yamada specializes in domestic and international trademark matters. Not only does he handle trademark application and rights acquisition, he also has a wealth of experience in various areas of trademark law, including disputes and negotiation in relation to inter partes trial, trademark infringement, domain disputes, etc. His external activities include serving as Chairman of the Trademark Committee of Japan Patent Attorneys Association in 2019, and attending TM5 User’s Meeting in 2017.

 

Education: Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (graduated in 2002)

Qualification: IP attorney (registered in 2003)

Amu Dobashi

Amu Dobashi specializes in domestic and international trademark matters.

 

Education: Komazawa University (graduated in 2003)

Qualification: IP attorney (registered in 2013)
